Passenger pricing breakdown

What we need: An itemised separation of van/driver, accommodation, guide services, permits and included activities.
Why it matters: Required before passengers can assess whether the package represents fair value.

02Transport

Van size for six passengers

What we need: A direct comparison of the nine-seat and fifteen-seat options, allowing for rider luggage in the support vehicle.
Why it matters: Changes comfort, vehicle cost and the passenger price.

Why it matters: Allows the group to compare the final package on a like-for-like basis.

Why it matters: The current plan remains: arrive by 8 September, licensing on 9 September and expedition preparation from 10 September.

Why it matters: This affects both motorcycle loading and the passenger-van size decision.

The next quote should show the rider package, passenger package, van/driver cost, rooming basis, vehicle choice and every separate expense clearly enough for the group to make an informed decision.
